Our work process is simple. ELM designers collaborate with you to determine your needs, wants, property and budget. Once a master plan is completed and approved by you, we submit a comprehensive estimate. When the contract is signed, your project is scheduled and preparations are made. After completion, we walk the project with you to discuss any needed adjustments, creating a punch list. Included is a discussion on proper maintenance to protect your new investment. ELM can also make recommendations to already designed projects, or we can create a phased project to help you with budgeting. Spreading out the project timeline can be especially helpful for those clients who are embarking on both landscape and hardscape services.

Irrigation

Choose from installation, maintenance or repair. Installations are tailored to each individual landscape need by a team of licensed ELM professionals. Systems that we install are environmentally friendly with minimal waste. Our vibratory plow minimizes impact on the soil and often allows the site to revive almost immediately upon completion of installation. When installing on larger lots with ponds, pumps are used to recycle the water supply. A yearly package for spring startup of existing systems along with a fall shut down can be prepared for your specific needs.

Water Feature Maintenance

We remove leaves and debris in the spring, and clear out the pump and/or aerators for proper flow. Throughout the summer season, you may request insect and vegetation evaluation/control for your pond. This package will also include complete shut down (if need) of all your water features and prepare them for storage.

Floral Design

Most property consists of varying shades of green trees, shrubs and turf, so we recommend introducing some seasonal color to give your landscape some pop. Whether your property is residential or commercial, adding flowers in beds and pots is a very affordable way to enhance your property throughout spring, summer and fall and we do the planting for you. We’ll help you choose flowers that will make your space sing!

Outdoor Lighting

Outdoor lighting is made easy when you choose ELM. We can install a new system and maintain it throughout the years or retrofit your existing system to LEDS for less maintenance. The contract can include repositioning light fixtures as vegetation matures so that your lighting stays vibrant.

Holiday Lighting

This holiday lighting contract is available for our commercial customers and we’ll gladly set up a demo so you can experience the look before actually investing in it. ELM uses industrial lighting so that outages and breakdowns occur less frequently. You may choose a contract for Christmas only or use lighting for Halloween, Fourth of July, St. Patrick’s day, Easter or Hanukkah— your imagination is the only limit.
